Position Summary

Flywheel leverages software, capital and insight to elevate the performance and value of our customers through innovative cloud-based analytics and technology. We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive for our software technology solutions. This individual ensures high-level customer consulting by identifying and analyzing operational needs resulting in new business development opportunities. This position will focus on responding and closing new incoming web and phone inquiries as well as outbound sales calls regarding Flywheel products and services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming web and phone inquiring regarding Flywheel products in a timely and engaging manner
• Business to Business calls speaking to owners in multiple market verticals introducing our company and services
• Effectively communicate and consult with customers to understand their needs and answer questions
• Provide excellent customer service and guidance to industry related best practices and education
• Attend strategic industry sales events with focus on marketing Flywheel products and solutions
• Responsible for capturing and entering accurate customer contact information and maintaining a viable sales pipeline for forecasting
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a collaborative work environment
• Serve as a customer and industry advocate internally for feedback and recommendations related to our solution, services and process improvement
• Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the department and organization
